


With the creature trying to understand the meaning of the behavior being exhibited by his creator, victor becomes more afraid and runs from him scared and remorseful. Victor is disappointed with his work and becomes contemptuous of the creature. The sight of him fills Victor with horror and disgust. The creature, however, does not look as appealing as he expected.
